First time? No problem. GritBox classes are designed to welcome beginners, challenge pros and get everyone moving with purpose. Coaches are right there with you to help with form and pacing so you feel confident, not lost.

💪 Getting Started

 I’ve never done a group fitness class. Can I still come?

Yes. All fitness levels are welcome. Your first class is free and we’ll guide you from warm-up to cooldown.

What should I bring to my first class?

Athletic shoes, water and a positive attitude. We’ve got everything else covered.

ow do I book my first class?

Use our online scheduler, call us at 512-555-0199 or fill out the [Free Class Form].

📆 Classes & Schedule

Do I need to reserve a spot?

Yes. Space is limited and classes fill quickly, especially Power Hour. Book early.

What’s the class schedule?

We offer morning, midday, evening and weekend classes. See the [Classes Page] for full details.

How long are the classes?

Most are 45 minutes. Power Hour is 60.

Will someone help with form and modifications?

Yes. Our coaches correct form and offer adjustments so every movement fits your ability.

Is this beginner-friendly?
