Marcus is the co-founder of GritBox and a former D1 college athlete with a background in strength & conditioning. Known for his brutal (but fair) programming and deep voice that commands the room, he brings structure and fire to every session. Marcus trains you like you're capable because you are.
Jess is the co-founder of GritBox and an ACE-certified trainer with 10+ years of coaching group fitness. Her specialty is motivation that sticks and coaching that lifts. She sees potential and brings it out through smart pacing, great music and high fives that hit hard.
Troy’s background is in CrossFit and combat sports, giving him a unique mix of explosiveness and endurance. He’s the coach you want when you're stuck because he finds ways to break plateaus and push through.
With a background in dance and performance training, Kendra’s classes are high-energy and insanely well-paced. She coaches with precision and power, keeping intensity high without sacrificing form.
